I work through the bodies main chakras to create a harmony that restores your imbalances. The process takes about an hour, and at the end of the session you'll feel like you had the best nap of your life, and things will just be easier somehow...

In these classes I show you ways to choose happiness. The secret to happiness is that it is actually...... a choice. I show you how to access silly, light-hearted moments that you can refer back to on a daily basis. You'll be able to have a dark cloud come into your day, and just let it pass right by you, AND what's more than that, is you'll be paying the happiness forward, your mindful choice of being happy multiplies. How does it get any better than that? Changing the world one person at a time...
